Shipping

Once your order is processed, shipping may take 2-8 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Order Changes
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@polstus.com and we'll do our best to update it before it leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes or offer refunds on that basis — if your parcel is already on its way, reach out to the courier directly using your tracking link to request a redirect.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.
  • $10 flat rate for orders under $99 AUD.
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15 AUD.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 3 pm AEST ship same day; after 3 pm ship next business day.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.

Polstus operates on a limited batch pre-order model.

Payment is taken at checkout and your order ships within the estimated window shown on the product page (e.g. “Ships between Jan 15–31 2026”).

Once your pre-order has entered dispatch or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If shipping dates change materially, we’ll notify you by email.

Yes — we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers anywhere in Australia.

All orders ship with Authority to Leave (ATL), no signature required. If no one is home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe spot at their discretion.

If you prefer Signature on Delivery, email hello@polstus.com immediately after ordering.

Please note: if your parcel is marked delivered under ATL and goes missing, Polstus cannot process a claim.

Email hello@polstus.com as soon as possible with your correct details. We’ll try to update it before dispatch, but once your order is in transit, changes aren’t always possible

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days. Deliveries to remote areas (e.g. NT, WA, regional QLD) may take longer.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

If it still hasn’t moved after several days, contact Australia Post and quote your tracking number for the most accurate updates.

While we aim for timely delivery, Polstus is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
