We believe in transparency and fairness — here’s exactly how returns, refunds, and guarantees work at Polstus

We offer a 60-day Calm Trim Guarantee. If nail day still feels like a battle after 60 days, email us and we'll refund your full purchase price — no restocking fees, no "ship it back in original packaging" requirements, no lengthy explanations needed.

A couple of things worth knowing before you buy:
Most owners who follow the Calm Trim Method guide included with their order see a real change by weeks 3-4. If you try to do all four paws on day one, the first session may not go well — that's true of any tool with a fearful dog. We'd ask that you give the introduction protocol a genuine attempt before requesting a return.

If you do need a refund, just email us at hello@polstus.com. We'll process it within 3 business days of hearing from you.

Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@polstus.com and we'll do our best to update it before it leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes or offer refunds on that basis — if your parcel is already on its way, reach out to the courier directly using your tracking link to request a redirect.
